From the spacious white kitchen and gray island, to its open plan and high ceilings, this newly built home is contemporary but has the warmth of traditional accents. A tranquil blue and white color scheme in varying hues compliment the gray wide-plank wood flooring. We used transitional furnishings with clean lined pieces in the living room. The large oil painting adds a dramatic note and we brought in several brass furniture pieces to play off the blues and grays. The family room has a custom navy blue sectional sofa and a chair and ottoman for relaxing. Custom rugs were used throughout and bi-fold doors open to the backyard and pool. The front room is used for reading and has four chairs in a teal blue velvet that surround a wood and iron table.
