We don’t live in LA (this was our 2nd home). Rande felt so much responsibility to make sure the work was done to perfection because we weren’t there. I was at peace knowing that Rande had her eyes on everything. She also would take full advantage of any of my visits. She’d come prepared with multiple tiles, floor samples, rugs, etc that we would burn through decisions so fast and seamlessly. Then she’d mail me packages by room on additional decisions (e.g window coverings and pillows). – When it came to meetings, Rande was very flexible. I work full-time and wasn’t in person – so when I had moments, I would reach out and she was just so good at text, phone, zoom – whatever I needed. She understood my style so I felt heard and decisions were made seamlessly. – And to top it off, the project was completely on time. She worked so well with our contractor and ensured that the entire house was ready for when we arrived. Literally doing an entire house within months. We had the best reveal with no hiccups. – Finally she also has empathy for other people’s budgets. Rande was great at high and low combinations vs spending money if there was budget. She went to Home Goods for many accessories. They looked amazing and that’s what I wanted vs putting in money into that. But she also knew when to challenge and urged for high quality dining chairs and unique living room side chairs that I am in love with now! I cannot say enough great things about Rande – and I would work with her again in a heart beat!”
