PASADENA

This traditional home, set in the beautiful enclave of historic Pasadena, was updated with a full remodel of the kitchen, several bathrooms, dining room and family room. This was the third project we completed for the family and it was a joy to bring a more updated, transitional feel to the home. The kitchen cabinetry is in a rich chocolate stained oak paired with classic ivory tile and quartz countertops. New Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, brass fittings and lighting with brass accents complete the space. We installed wide plank wood flooring throughout the home in a medium chocolate brown tone. The guest bathroom and kid’s bathroom continue the chocolate and ivory scheme with curved ivory tile in one and a textured cream and tan colored shower tile in the other. The dining room has coffered white ceilings, dark brown contemporary furnishings and custom drapery in a teal and ivory print. The family room has original wood beams that bring so much character to the space, an L-shaped custom built-in for the TV, and a custom sectional sofa and ottoman for cozy movie nights.
