TOLUCA LAKE TOWNHOUSE

This two story home is located in one of the most charming areas of Toluca Lake and underwent a complete renovation. Our clients requested a black, white and gray palette and we utilized that color scheme in the kitchen with new white cabinetry, black tile backsplash and quartz countertops. The primary bathroom was remodeled with a unique gray leather porcelain tile and black stone floors. The cabinetry is in a light white oak that compliments the new wide plank wood floors and brings warmth to the space. The guest bathroom has a patterned black & white tile in the shower and a black slate tile floor. The powder room walls have a textured grasscloth and a custom black floating vanity. Crystal pendant lights flank the oval mirror. The furnishings are all in tones of gray and taupe with black, white and brass accents. The family room bar area has a wine display wall that is both practical storage and artistic statement.
